Violation Tracker
Good Jobs First is a national policy resource center for grassroots groups and public officials, promoting corporate and government accountability in economic development and smart growth for working families. Violation Tracker is a wide-ranging database produced by the Corporate Research Project of Good Jobs First on corporate misconduct.
It covers banking, consumer protection, false claims, environmental, wage & hour, health, safety, employment discrimination, price-fixing, bribery and other cases resolved by more than 50 federal regulatory agencies and all parts of the US Justice Department since 2000 — plus state Attorney General and local District Attorney cases and selected class action lawsuits. The penalty totals included in Violation Tracker are based on disclosures by regulatory agencies (currently only in the U.S.).
